I think fans got behind him initially he was the only guy hitting HR's.

Time for him to go. He can be replaced by anyone, especially someone who can play a position
And by someone who can run!

Vogelbach strikes out again. Other than a couple of those poke to left field hits, he's been pretty useless.

I really think they need to move on from this guy. He brings nothing to the table. And as was mentioned earlier, Chang needs to go too. They are taking AB's from Mitchell, Swaggerty, and Marcano

Vogelbach is a career .212 hitter. Other than hitting .328 in just 58 ABs in 2020, his current average of .229 is his career best.

The Pirates signed him as a FA after the Brewers nontendered him. He's a strong guy but a poor hitter. However, he did hit 30 HRs in 2019 while batting .208.

Dejong gets them in order, keeps it at 3-1.

Kenley Jansen coming in. So odd to see him not a Dodger

That's an odd combo with Jansen's stats: hitters are only batting .180 against him, but he has a pedestrian 3.65 ERA

Another game that felt like the Pirates let one get away.

I sure hope not a return to not scoring many runs- fewer than three. If we score, we tend to win.
