Agreed. It's easy to be aggressive by just taking chances without considering the risk. The excuse for stupid baserunning mistakes is usually "we were being aggressive." Bucs have run themselves out of 2 scoring opportunities by being stupid.

Little Leaguers know you don't make the first out of the inning at third base. With your best hitter up. Hitting left handed. Just unreal he went there. Then Castro...that ball got away, but not really far enough to move up. Marcano taking second? Yes. But didn't like Castro running there. Wasn't a particularly close play.

Greg Brown just said the Pirates lead MLB with 22 runners thrown out on the bases this year.

Another out on the bases as Santana is thrown out at third on a Castro single.

Not one of the three outs was being aggressive, either. Every one of them was just stupid.
