BUCS been in PNC 2001-2021 have a record of 1,484 wins - 1,811 loses. No place like home. We are over .500 with 833 wins - 815 loses (I'm 3-1).
Catcher: Jason Kendall
1st base: Josh Bell
2nd base: Freddy Sanchez
SS: Jack Wilson
3rd base: Pedro Alvarez
LF: Brian Giles (sorry J. Bay are only ROY)
CF: Cutch
RF: Craig Wilson
Starters: Cole, Liriano, Burnett, Taillon, and Happ
Closer: Melancon
Manager: Hurdle (or do you miss LLoyd)
I would have loved having those guys all in their prime together.

I like Craig Wilson, but it's pretty sad that he's the best we have over the last 20 years in right field.

I see we have Bay and Giles in LF, no one mentioned Marte yet.
Seems that has been probably the best position for the Pirates, along with closers. Melancon, Grilli, Hanrahan, He who shall not be named were all pretty stellar for at least a couple of seasons or more.

Brian Giles is a despicable human being but he was one heck of a baseball player while he was here. Tough not to choose him over Bay and Marte, but it's close.

I gave Bay the nod only because of the presumed steroids with Giles.

Fair enough. If he did take steroids, that's consistent with him being despicable.

Agree with all except LaRoche and add Jack Wilson at SS. and Martin at catcher. I couldn't stand LaRoche, that guy hit into more DPs that killed more rallies than any one player I ever watched. I would put Alverez at that position.
