Now it's a tie game after the Reynolds error.  Former Cardinal first hit as a Yankee, Bader singles him in. Go figure.

Castillo ran into him as he was making the catch.

2-1 Yankees now. Reynolds having a rough inning in center, Bader must have read that perfect because no way did he take off half way between second and third and score,.

Judge up

He glanced him, hardly ran into him. It was right in his glove, has to make that catch.

But then, with all these outfielders, why is a second baseman playing in RF?

So it was lost on me while I was typing was they had the infield in on Bader's single?

I still want to see what Bader did on the bases on the ball Reynolds almost caught. Reynolds popped up nicely and threw a strike and almost nailed him.

Another nice outing for Ortiz. It’s looking like we have ourselves a pitcher.

Good recovery by Ortiz. He has a live arm and really looks like he would be hard to hit against.

Outstanding! I get annoyed when Brown goes overboard when Hayes makes fairly routine plays. But that one really was a gem!
