I don't think he's a starter on a good team. Probably a good utility infielder, though. Can fill in at 2B, SS, and 3B.


If Cruz does remain at SS, and Nick Gonzales is going to be the second baseman in the near future, Marcano just might make a terrific utility guy to spell those two and Hayes.

I wouldn't write him off. He's not there yet but he's only 23 and shows potential. I'd like to see what he could do with about 400 ABs.

Moreta replaces Roansey. A Hayes throwing error puts a runner on second with one out. Do we ever have a comfortable inning?

Rob One Vowel replaces Moreta after he gives up the lead. Gameday still hasn’t said what happened other than there was a soft ground ball back to the mound.
