I guess we have to just be thankful VanMeter isn't also starting. But Yoshi is still in there. Makes no sense. No other team is going to trade for either of them. So why "showcase" them? In fact, the more other teams see them, the more determined they will be NOT to trade for them. Meanwhile, young players sit so that those hopeless cases can play. I can't imagine a worse run team than this.
