I hope BC will be following up on that move by releasing Pham.
Re: Alexander Canario
Has there been any announcement yet of who comes off the 26-man roster. I'm assuming Bae but I'm usually wrong.

Nothing has been announced yet, but with Harrington pitching tonight I expect Bae will get dfa so they can add Harrington to the 40 man, and 26 man roster.

I hope Canario arrives for the Friday Opener. I would get him into the lineup, to see if he could add a spark. This team needs some type of jolt.

I am glad they sent Bae to Indy after they added Canario to the roster today. They should just designate Bae and gain a roster spot.
Re: Alexander Canario
Yeah hard to believe they trade Delay but Bae is still on the 40. I really hate this decision.fjk090852-7 wrote: ↑Thu Apr 03, 2025 10:55 pm I am glad they sent Bae to Indy after they added Canario to the roster today. They should just designate Bae and gain a roster spot.

I agree I would have designated Bae, and kept Delay. I think Bae’s days in Pittsburgh are over. I think his ST stats gave the Pirates hope that he could hit major league pitching. He is no better than he was in 2024.Surgnbuck wrote: ↑Fri Apr 04, 2025 12:12 amYeah hard to believe they trade Delay but Bae is still on the 40.
