Just like last year, we'll do it round by round. Once the Wild Card Round is set, off we'll go. It will be very simple, just make your choice who wins each series. I'll keep tally of everyone's record as the post season moves along. I think last year it came down to the WS.

If you want to add some bragging to your prognostications, you can even make a call on what the series results will be. Playoffs scheduled to start Tuesday Oct 1. Interesting note, if both the ALCS and NLCS goes 5 games or less, they will move up the start date of the World Series from Oct 25th to Oct 22nd. Pretty important stuff to know if you're planning on going to a WS game. All WC series will go three straight days if needed, there is no travel day. All Division series will start on the same day.

All Wild Card series will be televised on either ABC, ESPN, or ESPN2.
The NLDS and NLCS will be on FOX or FS1. The ALDS and ALCS will be broadcast by TNT Sports, simulcast on TBS, TRUtv, and MAX.
The World Series will be broadcast on FOX.

All I ask is please make it clear who you're picking. I'll fill in the teams when they're set:
Wild Card Round
NL6 vs. NL3
NL5 vs. NL4

AL6 vs. AL3
AL5 vs. AL4

Well, thanks to a commissioner with no balls, and two greedy owners, MLB has already become a joke about the handling of the Met's-Braves.

There was a game rained out in April, but the Mets refused to play on a mutual off day. The commissioner said, "okay".

They knew the weather was going to wash out these games, but Atlanta whined about losing a gate. Commissioner blessed it.

I hope if either or both make the playoffs, they lose quickly. Neither team deserves any love. They could have played it at a neutral site (hmmmm.....Milwaukee with that nice roof....perhaps Baltimore, which is at least a reasonable geographic area. But, noooooo.)

Now they messing with my playoff pool!!!!!

So, as things keep falling into place, I'll fill in what can be filled in. There isn't not money involved, so just make your predictions sometime Tuesday for first round.
