It is going to difficult to difficult to match last years win total. BTW, the way the pitching has ben the second
half of the season, why isn't Oscar getting any heat?

Oscar should be on the hot seat. I am at the stage where I don't think it would be bad if the team only won ten more games this year as that could result in a house cleaning. Of course who knows if the next crew will be any better.

We have been down this road numerous times. With the present ownership it just isn't happening

Other than three Wildcard years, the team has been mostly abysmal. The one thing that's been consistent has been the ownership. So it's hard to imagine another crew making it better. But I'll give them the benefit of the doubt for the first three to four years. Then we'll likely start all over again.

Thought I'd do the math, or try anyhow: What it will take to win the poll as Bucs sit at 65-73, and 24 games to go. Pretty amazing no one has been eliminated yet! Don't ask me about any cancelled games that aren't played out, I'm not in charge of the poll!

They just had to start winning. Stand at 69 at the moment. No way they win only 5 more games. They will surpass 74 wins.

Bucs at 73 with 6 to play. Not sure how meaningful the games will be for Brewers and Yankees but I bet we win at least 2.
