Official Game Thread - 8/28 - Bucs vs Cubbies

This game, and the series in general, were truly embarrassing. The Cubs put up 42 runs in the three games. Today, the Pirates score 10, have three guys with three hits, and still lose by four. Wasn’t the bullpen, particularly in the 7th, 8th, and 9th innings, supposed to be the team’s strong suit?

But I have to say, I’m not surprised by what happened today. The team’s bad, just like its record indicates so, when something like this happens, I can’t get upset. When the players board the bus later today, the driver should take them to Indianapolis. That’s where most of them belong.

This is wildwood coaches wife. As I was preparing dinner I heard lots of yelling coming from the den. Some of the words I never heard before!! Then the next thing I know I hear the door slam and the coach is gone. Now I admit, I don't know much about this baseball game, however I do know this....
Why oh Why don't they get rid of Shelton. He truly SUCKS. Connor Joe doesn't know the basics of the game. And why don't you just play one position inside of 10. I hate to admit this but I think I am picking another team. I think a little league team could play better than these guys. Thanks for letting me vent. I feel much better. coaches wife

Going to be tough to watch any more games this season.
