Cubbies

1 LF Ian Happ S
2 1B M. Busch L
3 DH Seiya Suzuki R
4 RF C. Bellinger L
5 3B I. Paredes R
6 2B Nico Hoerner R
7 SS D. Swanson R
8 CF P. Crow-Armstrong L
9C Miguel Amaya R
SP Jameson Taillon R

Bucs

1 SS I. Kiner-Falefa R
2 LF B. Reynolds S
3 DH Oneil Cruz L
4 2B N. Gonzales R
5 1B Rowdy Tellez L
6 RF B. De La Cruz R
7 C Y. Grandal S
8 3B Jared Triolo R
9 CF Ji Hwan Bae L
SP Mitch Keller R

This lineup seems reasonable to me if you consider what Shelty has to play with. I bet that Shelty will find a way to screw things up.

Not sure what we're seeing here, but the Pirates website has them with 12 pitchers and 14 position players, and one of them MAT.

Was the being placed on waivers a classic trying to get the news out first before it's confirmed? Or is the Pirates website not up to date yet?

Can't wait for the first time to see Oneil Cruz in CF.

Hoping for a Pirates blowout, and Feigl gets in the game.

I'm proud of the fact they are making a change. I was surprised it was CF, but now that he's receptive to the first move, any additional ones should be easily accepted, until they find the right spot for him.

I'm with Doc, I don't think we'll ever see him "right", but at least they aren't going to continue to try and pound a square peg into a round hole.

I wonder what the over/under is for how many chances he gets before he throws to the wrong base?

Cruz needs to learn CF by using his mistakes. Then they need to work with him in ST.

Okay, I had to bone up on MLB transactions. He was placed on waivers, he can still be on the 26 and 40 as long as someone hasn't claimed him.
