I’m not a fan of the bunt but, I hope for the rest of time he’s here, if Taylor comes up with a man on first and no outs, that Shelton has him bunting, even with two strikes and even if he fails. It’s better than him hitting into a double play.

Bucs can’t work with a Joe one out double. Still 2-0 Bucs into the 7th.

Nicolas on to handle the 7th. Another good outing from Ortiz: 0 runs, 4 hits, 5 strikeouts, and 0 walks.

The Reds know how poorly we play defense so they try a Ronnie Cedeno play and are able to pull it off and tie the game. Incredible.

I know a lot can happen between now and 2025 but the Bucs should have a damn good starting rotation.

Bullpen pooping the bed again. Bases loaded walk puts the Reds up 3-2. Espinal due up and we can’t get this guy out.

Down a run in the 7th, the Pirates send up Grandal, Williams, and Taylor. It works out about how you’d expect.

I know the Reds stink like us but I’d much rather have their line-up than ours.
