There's no might about it. Davis on the 7 day concussion IL.

What I'm wondering is if Cruz is able to go tonight. I know it's a lefty on the mound, so that gives them an excuse to sit him another day. But if the ankle is still bothering him, they should have him on the IL.

Taylor and Grandal have hit the Rockies pitcher pretty good in the past, especially Taylor.

We could be seeing the bottom of the order carrying the team tonight.

I'm predicting a 13-9 Bucs victory. Jones will go 5 IP and give up 4 runs, the BP will give up 5.

Glad to see Gonzales moved into the three spot in the line-up. He’s been really good since he was brought up, especially with driving in runs. He hits a solo HR in the fourth to tie the game at one.

Grandal is killing Jones
He has had well over 10 pitches that were strikes, but Grandal was set up over the middle of the plate and the ump thought they were outside when in fact all of them were strikes according to the computer. Grandal is a terrible pitch framer.

How embarrassing. The Rockies steal home. Grandal lobs the ball back to Jones and Jones turns his back to home plate.
Terrible game so far for the Pirates. We just can’t seem to get a winning streak going
