I’ve heard that the players can’t wait to be taken out for ice cream after the game.

The players are happy but it's the parents who get mad if their son doesn't play.

Whew, what a first inning by Priester! Gives up two singles (one to the really annoying Contreras), then strikes out Yellich and gets Adames to ground into a double play. The Brewers looked like us in that first inning. No score.

Bucs go in order in the 2nd. In what we have to hope is not an indication of what lies ahead, four of their six outs have been strikeouts.

Neither team wanted to show how to play big league baseball that first inning, as the Pirates can't take advantage of a two base error to lead off the game. Reynolds does his job, moves Cutch to third, but Cruz and Suwinski strike out with a Connor Joe walk in between.

So the two lefties can't even put a ball in play.

I also found it amusing as the 4th Pirate strikes out, Brown says "Ross isn't really known as a strikeout pitcher." Greg, ahem, may I remind you who he's facing?
