If the first inning is any indication, we’re in for a ride with Oviedo tonight. He threw 20 pitches, only half of them for strikes, giving up a double and a walk. Fortunately, it didn’t cost him. We’re scoreless after one.

A Joe lead off single goes for naught in the first. Cubs coming to bat.

Hooray, again Williams isn’t playing. On the other hand, Gonzales isn’t up here. The glass is half full.
