Between these 2 teams, there are 10 players out if the 18 "hitters" who are batting under .200. What amazes is looking at MLB as a whole starting today 13 teams were under .500 or at .500

MLB is overall a terrible product right now. It's only going to get worse. Teams are shutting down this year and it will be more of the same in 2026.

Even MLB network is completely focused on individual "stars". You don't know crap about teams. Just big names and torpedo bats.

Except for a couple teams where an owner might splash to win one of the next 2 World Series, I believe as an industry we are seeing lots of stagnation and it will remain so as owners will be tightening budgets for an anticipated long lock out.

Only got to listen some on radio Friday and today, haven't caught any on television. Sounds like we're back to "they're hitting the ball hard but just not fallibg" excuses, while the other team seems to have lots of soft contact that finds holes.

They're not bad, there just unlucky. Someone find Will Turner, slash his wrist, put his blood on the last Aztec gold piece and lift this curse

10 hits in 3 games. This team isn't just bad, they are pitiful.

Fairly pathetic performance today and for the series. There’s hardly anyone safe from being fired, released, or asked nicely to find employment elsewhere. It’s going to be interesting to see what Nutting will do if less than 2000 people show up for the games this week.

a lock out because they believe they should make more money. The future isn't so bright for the Bucs.

The only thrill I get these days is posting the game lineup and then calling WWcoach to let him know what it is. Then I just go away and wait to see what his Mrs says about the game.

One look at the batting order and there was no doubt this would be a loss. One hit in each of the first 2 innings and none after that. They couldn't even get a hit against the reliever Gibaut who entered the game with a 7.50 ERA.
Can anyone here play this game?

I think most fans have this negative feeling regarding the Pirates. Of the three games this weekend I probably watched a total of 3 innings. They are not a very interesting team right now.
