"We didn't get a corner outfielder, we didn't get a back end reliever". Oh, BOO FREAKING HOO!!! Come on guys, let's get excited, let's start thinking of POSITIVE STUFF! Things to hang our hats on!!!

The Pirates haven't lost a World Series in 97 years!!! Yankees can't beat that. Dodgers can't beat that. Red Sox can't beat that. NONE OF THEM BIG MARKET CHUMPS! NOT THE RICH TEAMS!! NOT THE POOR TEAMS! NOT 20 FEET OF CRAP! NOT ONE SINGLE MLB TEAM HAS A LONGER STREAK!!!!

You know what the polar opposite of the joy of seeing your team win the World Series is? The absolute suck of having to see your team LOSE a World Series!!!!

Your optimism about the Bucs is amazing. Your rant gave me a needed laugh on SuperBowl Sunday. I'm eagerly awaiting ST and then the 2025 season where the streak will become 98 if we can just rid ourselves of GMBC, Shelty, and of course Owner BOB.
