Morton is not wild. His walk numbers are generally pretty good. Blake Sabol DFA by the Giants. I remember when some people on this board lost their minds about the Bucs losing him in the Rule 5 draft a couple years ago to Cincy, who traded him to the Giants an hour or so later.

You remind me of the year the Pirates lost five guys in the first six picks of the Rule 5 Draft when Littlefield was the GM. Everyone around the league laughed and laughed at him, and Pirates fans went nuts. Of those five guys, only Jose Bautista ever amounted to anything, so it ended up being a big to do about nothing.
