I guess it was noted later that this deal was in part to compensate the Pirates for allowing Jim Benedict to go to Miami. There have been questions this year on whether Searage (sp?) had lost his magic with curing pitcher's ills - makes you wonder if that magic was the real cost of Trevor Williams.
