I ran the annual prospect poll last year and am planning to start it up again on January 1st. The poll will be very different from last year due to players making major league tenure and/or no longer being in the organization. Since this year there is a better chance of a top prospect being traded than last year, there may have to be adjustments made during the run of the poll (if someone is traded, everyone will move up- if a player is acquired who is a top prospect, we will have a special poll to "seed" them) . I hope to have 10 prospects per round (at least), the polls will run for two days.



My first 10 prospects for the poll will contain Josh Bell (still qualifies as a rookie), Glasnow, Newman, Meadows, Keller, and some combination of other top prospects (Hayes, Tucker, Craig, Brault, Holmes, Barnes, Diaz, Kingham, Y. Garcia, Hanson, other?). I am planning on the top 40 prospects.



I hope everyone will enjoy this, and, if you don't, well, let me know what I can do better. I am always open for suggestions as far as who to add (I would never have guessed Frazier would have been as high as he was last year). I will post last year's results with the new poll on Sunday. And feel free to let me know why I'd be remiss to leave someone out of the first 10.

Although your seem to be a Penn State fan or graduate I will accept ;D your willingness to handle the poll again this year. Thanks much for all your work on it.
