who is the #14 prospect for 2017?

despite some mixed opinions, Alen Hanson wins the 13th place poll. 9 of the 10 players listed got votes, so I think #14 is going to be interesting. Adding P Luis Escobar, who another site who started counting down their top 20 had just ahead of Hanson. By the way, Hanson is only 1 year older than Kevin Newman. FYI.

Despite what everyone rightly thinks of the Liriano Blue Jay trade, part of me thinks it means that the team is pretty bullish on Jin de Jhang and were unblocking him.
