Max Moroff gets more votes than anyone has got in several rounds and wins the #26 spot. Bit surprised by the #2 finisher, to be honest. Adding Pablo Reyes this time.

What is the deal with Connor Joe? Is he behind others in his development? Was he a bad 1st round pick? I would hope he will be in Altoona and maybe a late Indy promotion based on his age and college experience.

Joe didn't play at all in the year he was drafted. He was a guy without a position who they thought his bat would be good enough to overlook that. This is his 3rd year in the system so being at Altoona isn't that bad, but most would agree he wasn't a good #1a pick.
