John Bormann was called up to be the back up catcher. I assume because he was close as he was in Florida.



This is bad if Cervelli is hurt too. Also said Jaso will not catch, so not sure who the emergency catcher is on the team.

I see them spending a lot of time talking about Jose Fernandez on the telecast, and while it was a terrible tragedy what happened to him when they talk about him on the broadcast they need to stop acting like he had nothing to do with his own death.



What happened with him was horrible but it was also very very preventable as well if Fernandez would have taken some responsibility for his own decisions that he made that night.

yeah, it upsets me that Fernandez never came out and took responsibility for the results of his actions that night.

did they need to make a 40 man roster move to add him? or did we already have a spot?
