It has only been a few outings, but the Pirates better retain LeBlanc for 2017. He maybe another pitcher who has developed better under Searage.

Sounds like the Bucs have been very pleased with the relief work of Zach Phillips as well as LeBlanc. There is a chance that they will have four lefties in the bullpen in 2017.

The way LeBlanc has pitched, possibly the Bucs should consider him for the rotation next year.

He has pitched in seven games without yielding a run. He essentially has done what Joe Blanton did for us after coming off the scrap heap. However, no one should really be excited about putting him in the rotation. He has a career record of 25-33 with a 4.38 ERA and a WHIP close to 1.40. I would rather go out and get a lefty that has had some degree of success during his career and not another reclamation project. Happy and Nova were/are reclamation projects. However, unlike LeBlanc, they did have some degree of success before arriving.

I don't believe LeBlanc is a free agent after this season, and since he is not, I think the Bucs should keep him on the winter roster, and give him a shot at making the club out of spring training.

I have been on the LeBlanc bandwagon since the Bucs acquired him last September. He completed the final two innings in today's win, and even though the Bucs have 3 lefty pitchers in the bullpen I am of the opinion LeBlanc will be on the roster when they open the season in two weeks.

He has reverse career splits, so it shouldn't matter if he's left handed or not.
31 yrs old with no real success as a starter and very marginal success as a relief pitcher.
The guy is barely in baseball. Sure, can't wait to see him start for us. Never know what could happen!

Since he arrived late last season I have liked the success Wade LeBlanc has had as part of the bullpen. Again last night he pitched three scoreless innings whenever play resumed after the long rain delay. LeBlanc kind of reminds me of former Pirate lefty Jim Rooker which would not be a bad thing if he had the success Rooker had during his Pirate career.
