Sigh, no Freese still. I was hoping they may activate him tonight. Just him back would help us out a lot right now.

i'd love to see a completely home grown from the Buccos farm lineup one of these days.

most nights we see 5-7 maybe 8ish if you count Harrison. ( significant # of abs in bucs farm after cub trade)

We'd need Diaz in there at catcher I guess to have any shot at all 9

Well, in my opinion, Hurdle almost got it right tonight.

I would have 7 of those 8 starters. And the lone exception, of course, would be Bell over Jaso at 1B and who knows why he didn't do that himself. Unless Bell is hurt I don't see any valid reason for it.

Anyway, I like Gift at 2B because he's pretty sharp with the glove, and I like Osuna in the lineup because of his bat.

Pregame interview Clint says Bell is 0-14 and is "working on some stuff today," whatever that means.

Part of me wonders if this is one last shot for Jaso before the DL guys come back
