According to P2 Pirates sign 18 yr old Chinese pitcher
Haicheng Gong - 6'2" 165 lbs. Hits 90 mph with fastball. Has some international experience and was in some baseball academy by the Phillies low A affiliate.
Will be interesting to see when he comes to Pirate City and how he progresses.
