Pitt's young backcourt continues with a 70-60 win over Notre Dame. The Panthers
improve to 14-8 ( 5-6) in the ACC.Up next will be a difficult game at NC State

Panthers win on the road at NC State 67-64. Pitt has won 5 out of their last 6 but more
important are now 6-6 in the ACC. They are 15-8 overall. H2P

Two weeks ago I said the Panthers had no chance of making the NCAA's. Tonight
they took a big step to possibly proving me wrong. They beat a 19 -5 Virginia Team at Virgina where they had won
23 straight home games. Pitt is now 16-8 and (7-6) in the ACC. H2P

Big game vs last place Louisville this afternoon. I hope Capel can keep his boys focused and not let us down and lose to Louisville.

No let down Possum as Pitt blows out Louisville 86-59. Blake Hinson was
on fire scoring 41 points. Most points by a Panther in 27 years. PItt is now
17-8. ( 8-6) in the ACC.

Pitt'e winning streak came to a screeching halt last night with a blowout loss to
Wake Forest 91-59. This will certainly hury their chances of making the NCAA Tournament.
Will probably have to win out the rest of the season and then win a game or two in the
ACC Tournament.
