I won't be going but I live over 7000 miles away.



I'm getting ready to unplug from Pirate baseball and follow football and local high school cross country team.



Expect to be back for the playoffs.



What are other posters plans for the remainder of this season?

Had a chance to attend all of the Dodger's series games last week while I was visiting family in Pittsburgh. Decided against making a deposit into Bob Nutting's bank account. I love PNC Park and watching baseball but I refuse to enable a disingenuous owner with my hard earned cash. Until Mr Nutting starts acting like an owner who is dedicated to winning a championship I'll not be attending any Pirate games or spending a cent on MLB in any way.

That would be a hell of a trip to watch this awful baseball team that Neal Huntington built.

None, zero, zip!!!! Kept my streak of consecutive years going to games alive at 59 in April. Will take in a couple next year just to keep the streak alive but will be trading in my Pirates hat for a Black Bears hat. My interest in baseball will focus next season on the West Virginia Black Bears the Bucs short season low A ball team in the NY-Penn League. Been to a few this season and found the baseball exciting although not on a MLB level (closest that can be found in in Cleveland!!) and the team staff very kind and gracious and the food is pretty good and way way cheaper than Nutting!!

Interest is very and will continue as long as Hurdle is the manager. Resigning him means they have no interest in winning. Sad this team has fallen so far. It also looks like Cutch has returned to last years level of play. He needs to be benched before he further destroys any value he might have in a trade. Only use him sparingly the rest of the season.
