Kuhl has give up two hits in six innings. Both hits by Molina, one being a two run homer. Six innings, one earned run (Frazier error) with five walks and six strikeouts.



Kuhl knocked in a run with a double and then scored.



Frazier with an inside the park home run to make up for his error.



3-2 Pirates.

Polanco gets a hit. Bostick pinch runs. Then Rodriguez goes in the field.



Why? It's a tie game and two players were used to replace Polanco. That is a waste of a player.

Infield in with man on third.



Shocker that didn't work. Terrible strategy all managers use.



4-3 Cardinals

Didn't see the game. I presume Nicasio might have come in handy tonight in either the 7th or 8th inning.

He did come in handy tonight. In the 9th inning to save it for the Cardinals. 2 saves against the Bucs in 2 games.

Infield in cost them the game. Tough play by Freese, but if he was back probably makes play and gets runner out at home trying to score or holds him on third. It was hit hard.
