I remember when I used to think I hated the Reds and then discovered it was only because of Dusty.

I guess he's wishing he had a losing season so he could have gotten a 4-year extension.

The Nats came in loaded for bear. The Pirates not so much.

It might be an interesting match. At least from over here, it seems that the toughest thing about running that team would be handling all of the massive egos.

I was actually surprised they hired Baker in the first place. It seems like his old school style is on the way out for GMs.

I don't think we give Hurdle enough credit for being really clever. Now Girardi is gone as well.

It appears if you do well but don't quite win, you're on shaky ground. That Hurdle is way too clever for that.

That's a shame for Girardi. That Yankees team can be very good for the next few years.
