Pirate Minor League Affiliates from Baseball Reference
AAA - Indianapolis Indians
AA - Altoona Curve
A+ - Bradenton Maurauders
A-FS - Greensboro Grasshoppers
A-SS - West Virginia Black Bears aka Morgantown
R - Bristol Pirates
R - GCL Pirates
DSL Pirates 1

This link is a great one stop shop to get a glimpse of the players in the system.
Glancing through this morning,
AAA - Tucker and Craig off to great starts, Hayes a slow start, Kramer and Reynolds a pretty good start. The AAA pitching staff struggled against the Indians AAA affiliate, the lineup had a bunch of major leaguers, including Carlos Gonzalez who I assume was only there because he signed so late.
AA - This roster is full of non-prospects.
A+ - Swaggerty off to a bit of a slow start, but Mitchell and Cruz off an running. Both are only 20 and could see time in AA this season. Robles and Shortridge are both intriguing SP prospects that both pitched very well in their first outings.
A - The pitching lacks anything really interesting. They have a couple of college picks from last year that could be interesting, Kinneman and Cone in particular. But Castro and Sanchez are the most interesting prospects, both repeating the level, and both with some breakout potential.[reason]Adding Pirates MilB websites[/reason]
