They are working on a challenge system on ball-strike calls in the minors now. I saw two in the Indian's game. The result is almost instantaneous. I wonder about the box we see on the televised games - they'll have to do something to assure it's accurate for each batter but the system works pretty well.

Time to move 1B/DH Cimillo to AA. What's the holdup?

At Altoona the Bucs have Emanuel Chapman who is a 6 foot 6 right handed pitcher. For the season he is 4-1 with an .ERA around 3.5. He may be a player to watch over the next year or so.

TJ is hot and has been for a minute. Having issues vs. lefties for sure. I was harsh on the guy early. AA in mid Aug seems legit.

I want to see Seth Beer before season is over, guy deserves another look. Kinda has a Matt Hague career arc and stats.
