I am old, and still trying to understand some of baseball’s new averages, but when looking at OPS of some of the younger outfielders( not older than 35) still on the free agent list two of the remaining players with decent OPS are:
Randal Grichuk OPS 769
Ramon Laueano. OPS 749
Both are right handed hitters which could be good to balance out the lineup vs left handed pitchers.

Bucs have beaten Santana in arbitration hearing . They are good when saving money.

They are indeed. 2 - 0. They've saved a ton and didn't have to release anyone to do it.

This is why Bob Nutting believes he has the best management team in all of baseball.

This Nutjob , I mean Nutting man is really a genius. He signs his prize FA Adam Frazier , who can play 2nd base and who knows ... maybe the favorite to start in RF for around 1.5 mill. Then he thrashes 2 pitchers in arbitration and pretty much pays for the stud he brought in. This is a genius at work .

I feel sorry for the fans of the other franchises who don’t have an owner as good as ours at making/saving money.

I am so upset at Bob Nuttings actions this offseason that I am ready to rant like Chevy Chase did In Christmas Vacation when he received the jelly of the month gift.

We should all be used to this. For the past 10 years we've been told that the goal is to get better, to win. And yet in each offseason, the team made little to no attempt to do so. They're lying liars who lie.

Bobster. Thank you for posting the you tube. I am like Clark right now, those are my thoughts I have for our Pirates owner. There were enough adjectives to fully describe how cheap he is.
