Ortiz was outstanding
Chapman- lights out
Surg- two in a row and he is going tomorrow
My brother-in-law was at the game and he sent
me a text after 5 innings and he said, " Philly fan's
assholes getting a little tight. You can see it in their eyes"
After Cutch's HR, my text was, "they just got a little tighter"
Which brother-in-law?? Your sister's husband?
Well it certainly wasn't you and if it's not you, it certainly is him.
I guess you forgot your favorite brother-in-law, Paul.

Bobster wrote: Sun Jul 21, 2024 11:23 am It would be nice to go for the sweep today. Especially with Keller and Skenes ready to start the St.L. series. Could be a major win streak. However....it's Sunday. So Triolo will play. And there's a RHP so both Suwinski and Taylor will play. I hope I'm wrong.
Suwinski started Friday, Taylor started Saturday and they won both games. Though he's been used sparingly, the Pirates are 3-2 in July in the games Triolo started.
There have been one 12, one 9, two 8, and ten 7 game winning streaks.

Weekday records:
Sunday 8-8
Monday 7-3
Tuesday 6-7
Wednesday 5-10
Thursday 4-6
Friday 9-8
Saturday 11-6
