If they could install a stair lift chair with a track from home to first and have Grandal sit in it, he might get there faster.
There's no basement in the Alamo.

Right now I would settle for a manager who could say, "we may not have the talent to compete with some other teams but we play the game the right way and don't beat ourselves." But far too many times they make stupid mistakes as if they don't have a clue about how to play the game. A manager can't make a team more talented. But if he can't get through to them about how to play, he needs to go.
I was telling someone the other day, Cruz has a world of talent
but I am convinced he has a learning disability

Can Priester go five innings tonight? He's only done it twice this season. It's hard to believe his ERA is as low as it is.

Just give him time. It will go up.

Okay folks, no waffling. Priester is at 75 pitches. Do You:

A. Send him out for the 6th?
B. Give him the hug in the dug and call it a night?

I say let him go back out, but the moment anyone reaches, he's done.

Priester retires the Hated Brewers after a two out single and walk. Good for him that he righted the ship and has kept the bullpen from working eight innings tonight. Would like to see him go at least one more. Still 4-2.

Brewers call it a night for Ross. Should have had him tagged for at least 1 more run

Bucs unable to muster any offense tonight other than the Gonzales HR. Have struck out eight times in six innings.
