Priester falling apart. A walk, double, and homer makes it 7-5.

Somebody better wake Shelton up before the Nats take the lead.

I’m surprised, with the way Shelton coddles his players, that he let Priester come out for a fifth inning. He’d done a great job to that point, and I noticed his fastball velocity was down in his last inning of work.

Just when it looked like the Nats were going to take control, Borucki gets a double play. Bucs lead to two midway through six.

Three Bucs bat, three Bucs strike out. Onto the 7th.

Borucki retires the first hitter in the 7th and is then replaced by Mlodzinski.

Nats retired in order in the 7th. Good work by Mlodzinski. Still 7-5 Bucs.

Bucs go quietly in the 7th. Still 7-5 Pirates. Holderman in for the 8th.

For those complaining about the television broadcast, there's no respite on the radio side, as I was listening while cooking dinner. I wish KY wouldn't let himself get caught up in the nonsense, you can feel he doesn't want to, but gives in because he's not the PBP...if you can call Block by that term, I have no idea what he's talking about half the time.

I know, we have a thread for this. I just wish I could actually follow a game if all I can do is listen to it.
