Frazier was named to the SEC All Defensive Team in 2013. had a .957 FP% in 2012 and .974 in 2011 at Mississippi State.

He might have been the best they had, who knows. Frazier looks like a good athlete to me. He has made some tough plays too. He seemed lost last year at times. This year he is just missing balls.

Maybe put Frazier at 3B. He has the arm. Less plays probably at 3B than 2B. I would still move Bell to RF.

I really think the problem with Frazier, Jaso, Harrison, etc. defensively is that they keep getting trucked all over the field. I feel like these guys have no idea where they are going to be put when they show up to the park. This was not the expectation in ST. They all had their place. To me, it looks like they are thinking all of the time. No reacting. Nothing looks natural or normal.

Hurdle needs to tell Harrison he is the 2nd baseman all of the time. Quit moving him. For now, Osuna is an outfielder. Quit moving him. Frazier is the back up infielder. Quit moving him. If they continue to put guys all over the field, I don't think the defense gets better.

In general I agree with Pmike, however, both Frazier and Harrison have moved around quite a bit. It seems like they should be able to handle it pretty easily. Frazier's limited experience in the outfield is a weakness and I don't know what the team thinks about him defensively long term. I thought he was being groomed for second but then he started playing outfield more in the minors.

At that point I thought they had identified him as a marginal major leaguer player at best.
