5/19 game vs Phillies

That's my point. Last night was a perfect example. Instead of a solo shot, it was a three run homer.



Many times a ball scoots through the infield or a ball drops in. I know he isn't pitching as well in the past with his velocity down, but guys are getting on base that normally didn't in the past.

Interesting .... the guy was a good manager when this franchise had talent for him. Now that he doesn't have a squad capable of contending, he needs canned.

Sure, maybe the HR (his 3rd given up in 17.2 IP) should have been solo rather than 3-run. But in general, Watson has been very lucky that his bad stats have not resulted in more runs.

I agree to a point. Guys are getting on base and he has given up many legit hits. I'm just going off my eyes, it just seems many guys get on base on flukes before that legit hit. Last night was a perfect example. Maybe that kills his "moxie"?
