Last nights loss to Syracuse ( at the Pete) and the second loss to Syracuse this season,
all but eliminates the Panthers from an NCAA bid this year.

Hinson comes alive with this shooting as the Panthers beat the Blue Devils @ Cameron Indoor Stadium 80-76. It didn't help the Blue Devils with two of their starters being out due to injuries. I'll take the win anyway and hope it boosts the Panthers' confidence.

Always tough to win at Duke. I never would have predicted this. H2P

The Panthers who I had left for dead last week, won their 2nd straight on the road
with a 72-64 win over Georgia Tech.

The Panthers who left their defense on the bus in the First Half ( giving up 40 points)
and trailing by as many as 19 early in the 2nd half almost had a miracle comeback
but came up short 72-68 on the road at Miami

Panthers were down by 12 early in the 2nd half and rallied to beat a very
good Wake Forest team 77-72. Pitt Coach Jeff Capel made some great adjustments
in the 2nd half. Freshman Bub Carrington led Pitt in scoring with 24 points. Pitt
is now 12-8 (4-6 in the ACC) H2P

I did sleep toward the end. I did notice that Hilgrove was shitting bricks on some of the bad officiating calls that went against the Panthers. Let's move on to ND next.
