that is an upgrade. Have no idea why Bucs wanted Nova. I think he is free agent at end of this year. He probably would have been on waivers soon.

Interesting, but unremarkable move at this point.

Is he better than the people we have? I don't understand "FIP" whatsoever but it's looks like a really terrible number.

I would say, no, he is not better than what we already have.
