Must be the approach, Reynolds and Cutch both looking for pitches early, Cutch especially puts a charge into one that Hernandez can track down before it goes to the wall.

Unlike last night where they seemed to work the count, they are swinging tonight, only 10 pitches by Sasaki.

Ohtani doubles on the second pitch.

Fly ball to Cruz who gets the out but doesn't set up properly and Ohtani goes to third.

Frazier throws away a routine grounder, now it's 2-1 Dodgers.

Margins.

I mentioned last night Frazier non-chalanting a throw over, and tonight he did the same the thing, except not underhanding, but trying to look cool and throwing on the run instead of setting his feet and making the routine throw.

Cruz, Keller, Frazier all krwap the bed that inning, and hand the Dodgers 2 runs in the process. Keller had Hernandez completely fooled. Bad pitch call? Why throw a fastball, then leave it up and letting the batter extend his arms? Should have came back with the slider or sweeper, but I guess Keller wanted to go all effing macho.

Reynolds is quickly making a case to be a full time DH

Bart lead off walk

actually, Reynolds makes a great case to move to first. He has a strong accurate arm, and I think he could field the spot

Now add Rabelo and Pham to the clown show. Pham bloops a shallow pop that Hernandez catches easily, on the run, and Rabelo sends Bart and he's out by 20 feet.

Our Pirates are back.
