Time to trade Hayes, BC should be able to sell a GG 3B that needs a change of scenery. 8-)

Hayes will do well for 5 weeks, for some other team. We have all seen it done. :|

The only team that could be fooled enough to take Hayes is the team that currently employs him.

For all the talk about the oft-injured Jazz Chisolm or Luis Robert, perhaps the Bucs should look at a RH outfielder like Bryan de La Cruz from the Marlins or Lane Thomas from the Nationals. Certainly not stars, but should provide better offense than what they are getting from the likes of Taylor, Suwinski, Hayes et al.

Would almost certainly be a lesser cost in prospects.

MLB.com this morning is saying that the Cubs are "dangling" Cody Bellinger. I hope BC is at least inquiring as to what it would take. He's having a meh kind of season but maybe a playoff chase will inspire him. I just can't get my mind off of him taking aim at the right field seats over two months worth of PNC Park at bats.

Thomas hasn't hit a HR this month but gets some SB's instead.
