I can't stand OFers who are too lazy to stretch their legs between innings.  Stop pulling hamstrings running to first you clowns.  All you have to do is STRETCH.

It's complete laziness this happens so often. Grr

Then again, Polanco is too lazy to run bases, why would he stretch between innings?  Guess it's just asking too much.

Another lazy outfielder was always pulling hamstrings.  His name was Tabata.  These are pretty much self-induced injuries, imo

Rockies are going to try to save bullpen by having Lyles go three or more.

Time to make them pay for leaving him in, lets' get his ERA over 7.

Up 8-3 in the 6th this has now entered MUST-WIN territory.

You gotta get one in Colorado and this is their chance RIGHT NOW.

Finish strong and close this thing out.

Now the Pirates have every reason to look to win the series.

For now, close this up tonight. Win tomorrow. Set new goals then.

It's nice to see them put a beat down on someone after all the come from behind wins of the last week.

Hopefully get another inning or two out of Trevor and let the long guys finish to save the pen.

Really big win. Impressive win.

Marte scored 4 runs.

Bell 4 hits and 4 RBI.

Cutch on base 5 times.

Trevor Williams very impressive after a rocky first.

Now we got to get another one in Denver!

Haha

I'll find you a study that says eggs are bad for you.  Then another that says they're good for you.

This study is crazy bad.  For one thing, the second part of it says warmups that increase blood flow DOES help.  So it says stretching doesn't, but increasing blood flow through warmups do.

Stretching (properly) increases blood flow to the muscles. That's part of the benefit.  Just a bunch of hooy that flies in the face of 100 years of practice.

Another thing that would help these outfielders keeping their legs lose is running at least 3/4 speed when they take their positions and come off the field.   The Polancos of the world don't do that either.

They're jogging around all game, not staying lose, and then pop a hammy when they decide to Sprint to first.

Pro-athletes in their early to mid 20s playing non-contact sports like baseball shouldn't be having this happen from running. That's my opinion
