Monday's game

Yeah, walking across the bridge is "part of it."  My normal game routine is to get there early, walk over to Point State Park and stare at the fountain for a while and then head over.

Though of course my idea of what a good walking distance is might vary.  Back in the short time I liked on Mt Washington I'd just take the incline down and walk over.

Though another option is to go to station square and take the T to the game.  I think it's still free in the downtown areas.  IMO it's just faster to walk most of the time, haha.

Either stay on the North Shore or in Downtown. Go to Federal Street before the game. Have some beers, hang out outside, usually some music playing.

I really enjoy the atmosphere on Federal Street and the hanging out. I haven't tailgated in years. I usually take my own beer (cans), but plenty of good beer selections.

I love walking in at those gates on Federal Street and going right to the outfield wall. It still feels like the first time every time.
