When Huntington and Russell were extended in 2010, Coonelly said along the lines if someone was under contract and not performing up to expectations they could be let go. Even if they have to eat their contract. And they have done this before too.

Maybe they believe in their process so much that they are willing to wait out a few losing years. I'm just not convinced that their process works.

Well explain too me why it will work again. I don't want to hear it worked 3 years in a row. Tell me why it will work again.

Because everyone else is doing the same thing now with more money.


Teams with more money are also doing a poor job drafting and developing while essentially ignoring the international market?



That doesn't sound right.
