What can we do? That's a great question.

I can't quit being a fan and I won't accept the lies (most recent from Neal - "we intend to contend this season" while doing nothing to contend. I hate the dishonest BS worse than the losing.

In my opinion the FO must do something between now and next season to bring the fan excitement back into the team. It maybe a trade or a free agent signing which gets the fans interest. Maybe an extension to Cutch, or if a Nutting reports he has decided to put the team up for sale. I am sure the selling of the team would send a spark to the fan base.

How generous. Apparently you've missed most of my posts and all of my point.

Let me know when you will be in Morgantown and we can try to meet up maybe at a Bears game.

May just do that in the next week or so. Been awhile since we have met. Have to look at the schedule and would love to find out a bit more about parking and all at the stadium. Also where to get good seats. Will be in touch by PM.

Tell me about Captain Bligh -- and have a good time!

I was just in SoCal with grandkids mostly watching baseball, but also doing typical Southern Cal stuff (the beach, Universal Studio). Between LA traffic and four grandkids (mostly traffic), my nerves are a wreck. But we had a good time despite the fact my mojo was really lacking for that Friday night Pirate/SD game.
