If the Bucs need roster space, I am sure they could dfa Poppen. There are non roster pitchers who have done better than him this ST.

I am sure Fowler will break camp with the team since he is out of options. In my opinion Phil Evans has had the better spring, but since he has a remaining option he will get sent down. Evans might be a good platoon partner with Polanco, but we may have to wait for that to happen until someone gets injured and heads to the DL.

Peguero with a couple of hits and two rbi tonight. Probably the future shortstop in a couple years.

Feliz gives up a three run homer. He seems to be prone to the home run ball. I wonder if the Bucs would be willing to release him?

He is one of the worst pitchers I've seen. I have seen half a dozen pitchers trying to make this team that are much better. This guy has been awful every since we got him from Houston. His pitches have very little movement.

Poppen was DFA yesterday. He only provided a body in tonights game.

doesn't he have an option so he is still controlled by team?

The PG reported that he was optioned on Wednesday.

With his history, that "someone" heading to the DL will likely be Polanco.
