If World Series championships were based on the Pirates leaving the bases loaded with nobody out the Pirates would have more World Series titles then the Yankees. Is there any team in the history of Major League Baseball that is worse in this situation then the Pirates are at it.

No way they win this game after TWICE loading the bases with 0 outs and getting just 1 run.

I don't care what the stats show, the Pirates circa 2016-17 are the hopeless (and hapless) team in baseball with RISP. PATHETIC.

After getting swept by the Reds the Pirates have went a combined 5-4 against the Cubs,Cards, and Yankees the last 9 games. Hopefully they can keep it up against the Cubs the next 3 games here at home. It would be nice to win at least 2 out of 3 against the Cubs and start the year with a 5-1 record against them.
