Frazier hits really well. He's not good in the infield but I could see him starting in the outfield, or being the first reserve if an outfielder needs a rest.

Is Frazier better than Polanco on defense?

IMHO, yes he is. Altho Polanco has a great arm. But I'm still nervous every time a ball is hit to Polanco. I haven't seen Frazier make any great plays. At best, he may be an average outfielder. But Polanco makes too many bad plays. Most of the time he's adequate. Nothing more. Some would give the nod to Polanco because of his arm. Neither will win a Gold Glove. Whichever one is better probably isn't better by a wide margin.

And therin lies why it was be dumb to move Jhay for frazier to play 2b. His glove will kill us there.

If the team feels a need to get his bat in the lineup, he can play OF where his glove isn't as bad and defense isn't nearly as important anyway.

I don't disagree with dog saying this could actually happen though. There are 9 million reasons why it could
