the Bucs don't want him to get intimidated by Cole or they want to save him to pinch hit later. or he got a bug since Sunday or Clint had been planning on having Bell DH since the schedule came out and didn't want to deviate from the plan.

Sure hope that I am wrong, but I can already feel a lot of strike-outs happening by the Bucs tonight.
That said, the Buc hitters need to be patient and to force Cole to throw a bunch of pitches. There best shot at winning is to get Cole out of the game after 6.
I too would have liked seeing Reynolds in tonight's line-up. I get that Osuna has had a couple of nice games, but Reynolds has had a great season so far and can hit left-handed.

Reynolds was scratched due to a sore shin whenever he fouled off a pitch according to Rob Biertemple.

Bet this is the first time in his life Adam Frazier batted ninth in the order.

Joe Block going on and on and on and on and on about Dino Restelli's glasses in the 1950s and misses the fact that Yordan Alvarez fouled a ball off his knee. Block thinks it was a HBP.

Cole has done a good job tonight. Barring a Houston collapse, let's get them tomorrow.
